I don’t understand why @highkeysnacks posts volume measures in their baking directions, but then gives a metric weight measure for a “prepared” single serving size on their nutrition label. I finally got them to cough up the weight for the buttermilk biscuit mix and here are the keto garlic parmesan biscuits I baked up.

Less than 1g per cheesy garlic puck, 14 biscuits doled out with a ~1oz cookie scoop.

Recipe: Crab Corn Chowder

I haven’t written up a recipe in awhile. But rest assured, I stayed busy in the kitchen all year.

I tend to prefer broth-like soups, but every wet, cold wintry day demands a spicy stick-to-your-ribs seafood chowder.

This recipe pairs crab and corn together for liquid gold creamy goodness. During warmer months, I usually omit the potatoes, but recently DH demanded potatoes in his chowder, so in they went.

Another #sweethaul from @deviousdessertscreameryllc. Finally got to try the croissants and fresh-outta-the-oven pot pie. This woman knows how to do pastry!

Also had to have ube ice cream, guava sorbet and coconut cassava cake. Of course, can’t go wrong with the buttermilk chess pie. We almost bought everything on display!

The molasses cookies and OMG brownie didn’t make it home–too #damndelicious. So glad I did cardio for this.
