Finally nabbed me some @vaquerostxbbq this weekend. The clear winners were the #smoked pork belly (almost as good as home smoked), chipotle cheddar hot link, and the El Vaquero stuffed spud. Would've liked to have seen more sides offered (beef ribs too), but looks like they are still working out a few service kinks with their new setup. FYI birria tacos just okay.
