Deserving of their street sign, @zavalasbarbecue smoked brisket is some of the best brisket in North Texas. Their sausages remind me of #chorizo. Some day would love to try their beef ribs. Everything we tasted had punchy, memorable flavor, and their Sloppy Juan taco is certainly worth a try. Interesting jalapeno hominy side but their slaw isn't spicy as advertised.
